Misuse or abuse of the Service will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, with no entitlement to a refund. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Accounts found to belong to users under this age will be terminated without notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans or suspensions is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Phone numbers provided via our platform are not private or owned by the user. Sharing numbers with third parties or reselling them is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific number or service. Numbers are temporary and may change or become unavailable at any time.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of a number outside the intended verification process.
Our Service is strictly limited to receiving SMS verification messages. We do not offer ongoing messaging services or support for use cases beyond account verification.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
All purchases made on our platform are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All payments must be made through approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards). We may change or discontinue supported payment methods at any time.
Credits purchased through the platform are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly approved by our support team.
Refunds, if any, are issued only at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided for user-initiated cancellations or misuse of the Service.
Service is delivered immediately upon successful payment and activation. No physical products are provided.
In the event of failed delivery or technical issues, users must contact support within a reasonable time for resolution.
We reserve the right to restrict access to users previously banned or flagged for abuse.
Use of our API must comply with all technical limits and guidelines. Abuse or excessive use of the API may result in rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of access.
You must secure your API key and notify us immediately if it is compromised.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Any invalid or unenforceable part shall be interpreted to reflect our original intent to the fullest extent permitted by law.
